BriefDescription: A program to stop smoking for those who enjoy interactive, web-based activities, Become An Ex, available in both English and Spanish, helps adult smokers re-learn their lives without cigarettes in an upbeat and entertaining format. The free Ex program breaks quitting down into manageable pieces to help smokers stop using tobacco. With Become An Ex, smokers can participate in and create their own on-line support networks based on shared interests such as quit dates, locale, etc. It’s not about why to quit. EX is all about HOW. The plan was created by medical experts and tested by real smokers. Or should we say, EX-smokers.
Become An Ex is an American Legacy Foundation National Alliance for Tobacco Cessation (NATC) program.
