If your organization or facility is listed, do the following to update the information
Click on the link to your organization/facility/program
Go to the menu at the top right hand corner and select Edit
The edit box will appear on the screen. Click on the Form tab at the top of the box
Update the information on the form
Select Save
Review the updated information to make sure it is correct.
If you need to Delete a record, please email a request to tshubert@med.unc.edu (please do NOT simply remove the data from the fields since this will leave an empty record)
