How to Update Organization/Facility/Program Information in this Guide

This information should be updated by administrators

  1. Log in (or Register if you haven't already)
  2. Check the list below to see if your organization or program already exists on this site
  3. If you need to submit NEW organization or programming information, fill out the Submit New Organization Form
  4. If your organization or facility is listed, do the following to update the information
    • Click on the link to your organization/facility/program
    • Go to the menu at the top right hand corner and select Edit
    • The edit box will appear on the screen. Click on the Form tab at the top of the box
    • Update the information on the form
    • Select Save
  5. Review the updated information to make sure it is correct.
  6. If you need to Delete a record, please email a request to tshubert@med.unc.edu (please do NOT simply remove the data from the fields since this will leave an empty record)
